These terms govern use of the CineMoo website, Android app, forwarding service, and related features. By creating an account or using CineMoo, you agree to these terms.
The service
CineMoo helps you record cinema visits and estimate the value of movie memberships. It does not stream films, sell cinema tickets, or manage your membership with a cinema chain.
- cinemoo is free while it is in beta. If that changes, we will say so clearly before it happens.
- Your data is yours. Export it at any time, whether or not your subscription is active.
- cinemoo is not affiliated with AMC Theatres, AMC Stubs A-List, Regal Cinemas, Regal Unlimited, Odeon Cinemas, or Odeon Limitless.
- Savings figures are estimates based on the prices in your emails and your settings.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in email secure, and use the service only for information you are allowed to submit. You keep ownership of the information you provide and give CineMoo permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not use CineMoo to violate law, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, distribute malware, or send abusive or unsolicited messages.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service develops. CineMoo may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, or respond to abuse. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Material pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply.
Disclaimers and responsibility
CineMoo is provided on an as-available basis. Savings, ticket values, import results, and film metadata can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as financial, tax, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, CineMoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
